JOB DESCRIPTION:

Happy Group is looking for a responsible and proactive MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff) to support the day-to-day operations of the All Departments. The ideal candidate must be dependable, follow instructions accurately, and demonstrate common sense in prioritizing urgent tasks. This role requires flexibility, coordination skills, and the ability to assist seniors across a variety of work assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Task Support & Execution:
• Carry out tasks assigned by senior staff across different functions.
• Provide support in documentation, filing, basic office errands, and movement of materials or files.
• Assist in basic on-site or off-site coordination as and when required.
2. Prioritization & Time Management:
• Understand the urgency and importance of tasks without needing constant supervision.
• Prioritize assignments logically and support seniors in completing time-sensitive work.
• Manage daily responsibilities with an organized and proactive approach.
3. Communication & Coordination:
• Communicate clearly with team members and seniors regarding task progress or issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments when needed for smooth workflow.
4. General Administrative Support:
• Assist with photocopying, printing, document handling, and courier-related work.
• Support in maintaining office cleanliness, records arrangement, and supply movement.
• Help in managing meetings, setting up documents, or project materials when required.

• Sincere, obedient, and self-aware about responsibilities
• Ability to understand and act based on urgency and priority
• Good basic communication and task-follow-up skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different work areas
• Responsible and punctual with a helpful attitude

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or administrative support preferred
• Basic knowledge of office work and document handling
